Marc joined 360 Healthcare Staffing in 2005 as Senior Accounts Manager for the therapy staffing division. In January 2006 he was responsible for launching the nursing and executive staffing division. Marc has extensive leadership experience with more than 15 years in healthcare staffing and home health care. He previously worked in various positions throughout the states of Florida, Colorado and Tennessee.

Marc is a people person who really enjoys the daily contact he has with the applicants and his health care clients. “I find it truly rewarding to successfully place exceptionally talented applicants with my clients,” Marc explains. “I feel good knowing that the nurses and executives we place are some of the best in the industry.”

Although a quick turn-around time for placing an open position is significant, Marc believes that taking the time to find the right person to match a facility’s dynamics is just as important.
