Aaron Barton has been with 360 Healthcare Staffing since March of 2006 as a regional temporary staffing manager. In this role, Aaron is able to use his relationship-building and customer service skills to provide his clients with quality healthcare professionals to meet their staffing needs.

He is responsible for hiring temporary clinicians and administrators for 360 clients as well as developing and updating candidate sourcing plans. Additionally, he maintains temporary staffing files and performs orientations for new temporary clinicians.

One of Aaron’s favorite things about his job with 360 is developing long-lasting relationships with clinicians, which allows him to provide clients with quality healthcare professionals.
