Richard W. has been a physical therapist assistant (PTA) since 2000 and has been employed with 360 Healthcare Staffing since 2008. In this position, he provides physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

He believes the keys to success in his field are to “think like a customer” and to always “treat others with respect and compassion.” His greatest professional reward comes when he sees a patient make a full recovery under his watch.

“With our help, they are able to turn around and go home,” he says. “It’s great.”

In addition, he enjoys the variety of destinations, as well as the many unique personalities, his position with 360 Healthcare Staffing provides him. “It’s one of the things I enjoy most about my job,” he says.
