Traveler of the Month - May 2010

Melody G. has been a travel physical therapist with 360 Healthcare Staffing since 2009. In this role, she evaluates patients, develops plans of care, and carries out the plans of care with the patients. She also supervises any physical therapist assistants in the physical therapy staff.

Melody has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). She feels that in order to succeed in the healthcare field, one must have genuine care and compassion for his or her patients.

“I love helping patients reach their goals, and knowing that I was the one that helped them do that,” she says.

In addition, she enjoys the variety of assignments and destinations her position with 360 Healthcare Staffing provides her.

“I absolutely love the opportunities I get to travel,” she says. “I get to spend quality time in a number of unique places. Plus, each job is something new – it’s perfect.”
