Actively carry out, coordinate and oversee the delivery of care within the Nursing Services Department in order to ensure that nursing services are provided in a manner that is consistent with Company policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations so as to maintain excellent care for all residents’ needs. Assist the DNS primarily by overseeing the delivery of nursing care in the department with respect with an emphasis on nursing service areas and programs.

You are an analytical Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS/ADON) who thrives on not only ensuring the nursing department provides exceptional care but also is functioning in strict compliance with State, Federal and company QA standards. In addition, you like the idea of travel and exploring opportunities in a variety of settings and locations.

- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years full-time experience as licensed registered nurse providing direct resident care in a long term healthcare
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
