To lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents/patients while achieving the facility’s business objectives. Serve as a mentor to guide and support all other assigned facilities.

During this interim assignment, you will foster the kind of creative thinking, problem solving and accountability that will ensure that every patient gets the best service and care possible. You will be empowered to make the critical decisions that will ensure the success of your facility, from quality outcomes to excellent survey results to compassionate care and efficient business strategies. You will enjoy access to cutting edge tools and technologies that are among the most advanced in the post-acute healthcare industry, technologies that will allow you to understand, in real time, where your facility is doing well and where more attention is required. You’ll have direct insight into critical performance indicators that will enable you to work smarter and more efficiently while building a top talent team and enforcing an integrity-focused culture at your facility. (Must be a Licensed Administrator and currently licensed by the State). - Bachelors Degree
- Currently licensed as Nursing Home Administrator in state of practice
- Completion of the company EDIT Program and/or prior experience as an Executive Director
- Experience in performance management and effective leadership
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
