360 Healthcare has been retained to conduct a search seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant / Regional Director of Clinical Services to manage 13 Senior Living Communities in California and Nevada. This position is with one of the Nation’s largest providers of Senior Living Community’s. Qualified candidates should possess recent experience as a Regional Clinical Leader or should be a Highly Seasoned Director of Nursing looking for the next step in their career. 5+ Years of experience working in Long Term Care is required.
??? Monitor community implementation resident care policies/procedures that meet standards of excellence and each state’s regulatory guidelines.
??? Monitor community implementation of Wellness Programs (medication management, nutrition, fitness, disease prevention, fall management, continence management etc.).
??? Perform routine community site visits to evaluate the quality of services provided and residents/family satisfaction.
??? Provide clinical guidance and assist with care management and problem solving.
??? In conjunction with Corporate Clinical Services, reviews pertinent policies, procedures and systems of each facility to assure quality services are provided to meet resident’s needs.
??? Provide orientation, education for all Wellness/Assisted Living Directors and resident care staff. Perform pre-opening and routine ???mock??? surveys for the community and assist with licensing/re-licensing survey preparation
??? Collaborate with Corporate Marketing/Sales staff to assure an appropriate market to move-in process and determine additional services necessary to meet market needs.
Regional Nurse Consultant / RNC
We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Nursing with long term care experience. This is a unique career opportunity as our client continues to grow and expand their community presence in new and existing markets. The Regional Director of Nursing will develop areas of resident care, resident programming and compliance to state regulations and corporate nursing policy. This position promotes and integrates the mission and philosophy in the development and support of the resident guidelines, policy, and procedures, risk management, regulatory compliance, talent development and ongoing quality improvement programs.
- Must be a Registered Nurse, BS or BA minimum
- Previous experience in long-term care
- Previous experience as a DNS in long-term care facilities
- Must have a minimum of five years of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, as well as demonstrated supervisory and management skills
- Must have demonstrated Leadership capabilities
