RN Unit Manager need for a Long Term Care facility in Tennessee. Rapid start opportunity. TN nursing license or compact license in good standing is required.

You thrive on the gold standards of good care: assessing resident needs, developing individual care plans, and administering and evaluating nursing care. In addition, you like the idea of travel, of exploring opportunities in a variety of settings and locations.
WHAT THIS ROLE CAN OFFER YOU:
In this 13-week travel assignment, you will assure that effective, quality, outcome-focused nursing care is delivered within a long term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF); each patient’s plan of care is effectively and cost efficiently implemented with focus on resident centered outcomes; work in collaboration with Physician and/or other healthcare professionals by sharing information relevant to the plan of care. (You must possess current state licensure for consideration.)
