I was a teacher for 15 years before I joined 360HCS. I’ve always cared about helping people, which is why this career is perfect for me. I’m primarily responsible for setting up Housing and Travel for all of our 360HCS Travelers on assignment. Taking care of 120 or more travelers on the ground at any given time keeps me busy to say the least.
I love getting to know our Travelers and hearing that their accommodations and support exceeded their expectations. That’s our goal. The thing I like the most about our company is our passion. Everyone in our office is passionate about what they do, we all work hard and we are some of the most competitive people there are, which pushes us to do our best.

The only constant at 360HCS is change. That’s what I enjoy most about working here. We’re constantly finding ourselves faced with new situations and we have to develop new solutions. We’re always adapting and always thinking about what’s next. The people here are amazing – not only in the Finance department but the entire organization. We work together and we know that we’re making an impact. My department is responsible for processing payroll for our travelers and invoices for our clients. It takes a great team to make sure we get everything right, every single time. And at 360HCS, our team is the best in the business.
I’ve always been into math. Even when I was younger I was fascinated by math and solving problems. For me, finance is a natural. I process payroll, handle client billing, make sure expenses are paid…you name it and if it involves accounting, I’m probably directly involved.

In the finance dept., we work as a team to process payroll and expense reports for our travelers and bill the clients. A big part of my job is helping to make sure our 360 travelers are taken care of.
I enjoy every part of my job. We not only help travelers with their careers, but we also help clients with all their staffing needs. It’s a very rewarding environment and I get to be a small but vital piece to the puzzle. Every day will have new challenges to overcome and learn from, which makes it exciting. I love being a part of such a great company and get to work with some great travelers.
