Sandra has completed 23 months of assignments for 360 covering 9 different locations. She has covered locations in: VA, NE, MD, TX, MO and SC. She is open to any location, will travel with very little notice to represent 360 HCS.

Sandra has been one of the most consistent MDS’ on the 360 team and will roll her sleeves up to make sure the job gets done.

Client evaluations and feedback on Sandra have been consistently at or above client expectations to this point with nearly every one of her assignments getting extended beyond the original end date.

Sandra consistently demonstrates her flexibility and professionalism. She always goes above and beyond and doesn’t expect any recognition.

Dana continues to make a good name for herself no matter who is in charge of a facility. Dana has received high praises from her supervisors who bragged about her strong work ethic and her commitment to teamwork.

Dana thrives in even the toughest of situations. Dana is extremely easy going, dependable and very flexible professional who is always willing to jump in when someone needs help.

Since March of 2015, Glen has completed 5 extended assignments for 360 in Tennesee, North Carolina, and Virginia. During that time, he has been requested by clients to come to their facilities, proving his reputation for clinical excellence in the field.

Glen is always more than willing to go the extra mile. He is well-liked and well-regarded as a hard worker and willing to take on difficult tasks without complaint.

He is flexible and willing to do what is need to please clients and patients, as well as an excellent resource to his team.

Glen is extremely intelligent and knows what needs to be done to make a good name for himself in the community- and that’s high quality work.

Judi has been a part of the 360 Healthcare team for just under two years now. Her current role is Director of Nursing (DNS) but she has also held positions as an MDS Coordinator.

As a DNS, Judi’s responsibilities include directing the staff and pointing the facility in the right direction. “Since the facilities I’m assigned to are usually in a crisis mode,” said Judi, “I work with the staff to find out what the problems are and work on getting a solution, whether it is staffing, survey or getting appropriate procedures in place.”

According to Judi, “Most of the facilities are under a lot of pressure and in turmoil, so when I arrive, I think they see someone who can share the stress and try to help alleviate it. I love what I do!” She said that she feels like there is always someone at each facility that she can learn something from, whether it’s an administrator, staff member or resident.

When asked what Judi thinks is the key to a successful facility and organization, she said, “I know it has been said many times, but I firmly believe that TEAMWORK is key.”

Claudette has been a Director of Nursing with 360 Healthcare Staffing since February 2014 . She has successfully completed numerous long-term contracts in North Carolina, Florida, Maryland and Virginia.

She believes the key drivers of providing excellent service to residents and coworkers include understanding your customers’ needs, providing a friendly and trustworthy environment, and making your customers feel welcome and comfortable by treating them with respect and dignity.

“Working in long-term care is my passion,” said Claudette. “I enjoy working with my residents and staff. I also enjoy meeting with family members and learning more about the residents we care for.”

Kay has held the role of Director of Nursing for three months, and she has been with 360 Healthcare Staffing for two years.

As Director of Nursing, she directs all nursing care and clinical supervision of the nursing staff. She also manages facility operation when the Executive Director is not present.

Kay said that she believes the key drivers of providing excellent service are the residents and the resident care. “They must be our first priority.”

“I love making a difference in people’s lives and mentoring others so they can unlock their own talents and skills for caregiving,” Kay said. “I value the support I have gotten from 360 Healthcare Staffing. They have made the role of traveler so much more enjoyable.”

Bob has been an Executive Director with 360 Healthcare Staffing since January 2014.

During that time, he has successfully completed five extended assignments, and has shown incredible flexibility in assignment locations.

Client evaluations and feedback for Bob have been consistently at or above expectations. One of his recent evaluations shared, “Big Fan! Not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty!”

Bob has certainly made a name for himself, and is now one of the names most requested by AVPs.

Suzanne has been an interim MDS Coordinator with 360 Healthcare Staffing since March 2014. She has successfully completed numerous long-term contracts in Illinois, Missouri and Minnesota.

Her experience and performance has earned her the trust of our clients and her co-workers. She consistently demonstrates her flexibility and professionalism, and she is dedicated to representing 360 Healthcare Staffing in the best possible way.

“I have always loved to travel and I fell in love with the MDS position,” Suzanne said. “I take advantage of my time in other cities and explore them. I also have met some really wonderful healthcare professionals.”

Client evaluations and feedback on Suzanne have been consistently at or above expectations. She is often extended in the facilities she goes to, and is regularly requested by long-term care leaders nationwide.
When asked what she enjoys most about working in long-term care, Suzanne says it’s all about the people she meets.

“I enjoy the residents and their families most,” Suzanne said. “Being able to make a positive impact in their life while under my care is what keeps me coming back. It is very rewarding to see a resident smile or ‘thank you’ for something you did for them.”

Paul has been a Nursing Home Administrator with 360 Healthcare Staffing since October 2014. During that time he has successfully completed three interim/travel assignments and is regularly being re-booked for longer stays in facilities.

He has represented 360 Healthcare Staffing in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Virginia.
“I enjoy being a Traveling Nursing Home Administrator because it gives me a chance to work in a variety of settings and spend time in different parts of the country,” Paul said. “Any administrator knows that we never stop learning, so I like seeing how different leadership teams tackle the challenges we all face, while bringing my own experience and leadership skills to facilities in need. I also appreciate the flexibility of scheduling and selecting my assignments.”

Sandy has been a Director of Nursing with 360 Healthcare Staffing since August 2014. During that time she successfully completed four extended assignments for two of our biggest customers. Leaders contact us regularly about the possibility of bringing Sandy to their buildings, which is a testament to her skill level and overall quality as a healthcare professional.

“I love long-term care,” Sandy said. “It allows me the opportunity to work with the geriatric population that often gets overlooked. They have a special place in my heart.” Sandy has never shied away from a challenging assignment. When one assignment ends, she is ready to take on the next one, often with little or no preference in location or building type.

“Being a travel Director of Nursing is the ultimate job,” Sandy said. “It allows me the opportunity to do what I love, be a Director of Nursing, meet new people and travel to new places. I always feel like I’m on vacation.”
The long-term care/skilled nursing operators and leaders she has worked with have commented that she is a pleasure to work with and always does an outstanding job.

Sandy is a brilliant example of the kinds of quality professionals that 360 Healthcare has the privilege of working with. Our clients know her by name and regularly request her in their facilities, and we’re proud to have her as part of the 360 Healthcare team.

This is Patricia’s second Quality Award win. She was also our Quality Award Winner in April 2014.
Since joining 360HCS in July 2013 as an MDS Coordinator, she has completed seven assignments for a total of 18 individual contracts on behalf of 360HCS for our clients. Almost every assignment she has started has been extended, which is a testament to her performance.

“From personal observation, Patricia has always portrayed the highest level of professionalism,” said Aaron Barton, Director of Recruitment Services for 360 Healthcare. “She is extremely flexible and ‘fits in’ easily with any team she joins.”

The long-term care/skilled nursing operators and leaders she has worked with have commented that she is a pleasure to work with and always does an outstanding job.

“I love traveling! I meet wonderful people, I get to help facilities get caught up in the MDS department and I learn new things from every team I work with,” Patricia said.

This is Janet’s second time as Quality Award Winner during her tenure with 360 Healthcare Staffing. To date through 2015, Janet has completed interim/travel assignments in seven different states totaling 29 assignments for 360 Healthcare since 2006.

Client evaluations and feedback on Janet have been exceptionally good to the point that leaders at each facility ask Janet to extend for months at a time, as well as securing Janet for coverage in additional facilities throughout the company.

As a testament to Janet’s performance, she was recently promoted to Senior Administrator/Executive Director with 360 Healthcare Staffing. Janet’s experience and performance since coming on board with 360 Healthcare Staffing in 2006 has gained the trust of our clients and her coworkers.

Janet demonstrates leadership and experience in many ways by taking on multiple tasks while on assignment, including rebuilding or maintaining compliance; organizing and implementing systems; and operating within a budget.

Janet’s excellent performance is a testament to her professional demeanor and her aptitude for stepping into challenging situations and generating solid results.

Ginger has been an Executive Director with 360 Healthcare Staffing since November 2013. During her tenure, she has represented 360 Healthcare in Georgia, Minnesota and Nebraska. She has proven herself to be an asset both to 360 Healthcare and the facilities she has worked in.

“Traveling to different states is a learning experience in itself,” Ginger said. “Working in multiple facilities, I get to meet a lot of new people, different personalities and different ways of meeting everyday challenges. Also, I can share what I’ve learned that works best in one facility and help put it into place in another facility that may be challenged in that area.”

Ginger has consistently received positive feedback from each team she has worked with. She is known for her ability to support staff and her knack for financials. Ginger has been cited for being able to pick up new systems with little training or guidance.

“I enjoy long-term care because it challenges me in every way,” Ginger said. “I’ve worked in the kitchen, worked in laundry, played games with the residents in activities, worked in the business office, admissions, social services and more. There is always something to learn and always a new way to learn to do it better.”
